All our products are digital products. Nothing will be shipped to you. All products are delivered to you in PDF or comparable format to the email address provided at checkout.

Refund Policy for Digital Products and Online Courses

Although our policy is no refunds on digital products if you have implemented each and every step I have laid out for you and you truly believe our products or teaching is just not for you please email us at info@soapboxstudio.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will process your refund.

Refund Policy for Custom Designs

No refunds on custom designs, but we are committed to working with you until you receive a design you are happy with.
