I’m Katrina Rauch, the organizational powerhouse behind the scenes at Soapbox Studio, keeping the team running smoothly and efficiently. As a virtual marketing specialist, I’m the go-to person for assisting Justin and Tracey with everything they need—from coordinating projects and managing deadlines to keeping all the little details in place. With a BA in graphic design and a flair for creativity, I love combining my artistic flair with my knack for organization to help bring our team’s ideas to life.

My journey to Soapbox Studio is built on years of experience working from home while raising my kids and managing several online businesses. I’ve taught myself everything I know about running an online business, and this hands-on experience translates seamlessly into my role here.

While I’m busy juggling calendars, streamlining workflows, and solving everyday challenges, I also enjoy sharing my design expertise. I know my way around Canva and love teaching my teammates and our clients all the tips and tricks for creating eye-catching content with ease. My approach to work is equal parts creative and methodical, which helps me support the Soapbox Studio team effectively.

When I’m not busy keeping things running smoothly, you’ll find me running with my pup, listening to audio books, volunteering at my local food bank, or indulging my love for glitter and brownies. I’m a mom of three, and I’ve been married to my best friend for 22 years. I strive to balance my work and family life with lots of laughter, heart, and a deep love for Jesus.
