Justin Essenpreis

Hi, I’m Justin.

I have been with Soapbox for over 25 years, and handle the majority of web projects, while also having my hands in print design, branding and (the occasional) video projects.

I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northern Illinois University, specializing in theatre scenery/lighting design, with a minor in art.  That was a long time ago, and these days I’m much more comfortable in Photoshop than I am hanging lights from a catwalk.

In my free time, I enjoy collecting monster toys, attending heavy metal concerts, and hanging with my wife, son & cat (who you might’ve heard if you’ve ever been on a call/Zoom with me).  I also recently started playing pickleball, so it’s only a matter of time before I tear my ACL (the good news is… I can likely still do my job after that)!
